Our Locations

We are an international business with offices and manufacturing sites across the world, employing over 2000 employees, creating brands that people love.

We operate a decentralised model. We do not have large central staff groups directing the business; our belief is that inquisitive people in local businesses reaching out to collaborative people in international roles are best placed to understand, shape and meet the needs of our consumers.

DEI is hugely important to us at Twinings Ovaltine. To create a diverse and inclusive business we started by developing a range of programmes to build awareness, knowledge and understanding. This programme has now evolved to help embed DEI across our businesses, through our policies and practices across the whole employee lifecycle, starting with attraction, recruitment and onboarding, through to personal development and career progression.
