Our business model is different to most! Throughout the world, our businesses are run by local teams. We do not have large central staff groups directing the business; our belief is that inquisitive people in local businesses reaching out to collaborative people in international roles are best placed to understand, shape and meet the needs of their consumers. You will run the business as if it were your own.
